- 2 medium-sized carrots
- 1 small potato
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp celery
- 1 cup cold milk
- Salt and black pepper powder (as per requirement)

Boil the carrots, potatoes and onions.
Prepare a thick mixture by blending it all together in a blender.
Filter the mixture it in a pan and add water as per required consistency.
Add salt and black pepper powder and let it boil.
Add the chilled milk slowly to it after its cooked.
Turn off the flame and garnish with celery.
