Winter Special Breakfast: Stuffed Mooli Paratha

Ingredients:

For stuffing:

4 radish (sifted water by grinding)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Oil to bake
1/4 tsp oatmeal
Half-a-half teaspoon cumin seeds, amchur powder and garam masala powder, 2 green chillies (chopped)
1-1 teaspoon ginger paste and red chilli powder

To knead:

One and a half cup wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Water as required

Method:

Heat oil in the pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Add ginger paste and green chilli and fry it. Add radish and fry it. Mix red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and amchur powder and mix well. Roast radish until it becomes dry. Switch off the flame. Mix all the ingredients and knead the soft dough. Fill the stuffing with radish and close all the ends. Make Parathas using the dough. Apply oil on hot pan and roast till it turns golden on both sides. Serve this hot paratha with curd or pickle.
