Simple and easy, these pancakes make a healthy, gluten free snack. This pancake recipe means we can easily whip up a stack when faced with hunger, but it also gives us a healthy alternative of one of the most delicious dishes. Made just from bananas and eggs, and no added sugar, you can go binge on it without feeling overloaded on gluten or sugar. Waking up to a breakfast like this would make mornings the best time of the day.
Two-Ingredient Banana Pancakes
- 2 large, ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
1) Peel two large bananas, slice them into chunks and add to a bowl. Gently mash the bananas into Add four eggs and whip it together using a fork to have a custard like consistency. Alternatively, you also use a hand grinder for instead of whipping it manually.
2) Heat a pan over medium heat and melt about ¼ teaspoon of butter into the pan. Pour around 2 tablespoons of batter on it. If you would like to widen this recipe and include more ingredients (nuts, chocolate chips or berries) you can add in this step.

3) Cook each side for maximum 60 seconds or until it looks brown and golden.
4) Pancakes are best served warm. You can add maple syrup, honey, or any extra toppings if you like.
