Prepping for your wedding can be demanding and stressful; falling back on stimulants such as coffee and alcohol can be tempting. Instead, you must take charge and detox your system to look and feel stunning on the D-day. Here’s a top-to-toe rejuvenation tailor-made just for you.
Days 1 and 2:
Go for fruits and uncooked vegetables; add three bowls of vegetable soup to your diet. Select any two of these fresh fruits you prefer eating every three hours—apple, orange, pomegranate, grapefruit, melon. Add a bowl of salad for both, lunch and dinner consisting of cucumber, tomato, lettuce, grated carrot, spinach. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and lemon juice as a salad dressing if you like.
Days 3, 4 and 5:
Add two boiled/baked potatoes and cooked vegetables to the diet of day 1 and 2.
For cooked vegetables: Use one tsp olive oil (for the entire day). You can use any vegetables of your choice but avoid potato. Eat one bowl of cooked veggies mid-morning, noon and night. Subsequently, you can replace the soup with cooked vegetables or consume both, depending on your appetite and what you like. You can eat the two potatoes during any time of the day.
