If you are bored of having spicy and oily food from outside and want some healthy and tasty food, this Pasta-Tomato salad will come to your rescue. The flavours of pasta, mixed vegetables and herbs will give you a completely new test. You can eat it for lunch as well as a snack.

For salsa dressing:
Half Cup Tomato (Finely Chopped)
1 tsp sugar
Half-a-half teaspoon salt and dried orange
A little bit coriander (chopped) – Mix all ingredients.
1 cup pane pasta (boiled)
1 tomato (seeds- cut into cubes)
Half a cup of French beans and carrots (chopped into square pieces)
Half-a-half cup cauliflower (cut into pieces) and babycorn (cut into rounding)
Salt to taste

To make a salad, put all the ingredients except salt in cold water for 30 mins.Then remove it from water and freeze it for two hours in the fridge. After 2 hours add salsa dressing to the pasta and serve.
