South Indian Treat: Rava Dosa Recipe

Bored of having the same breakfast everyday and want to try something different? Then try these instant rava dosas which are easy to make and does not require much preparation time. They are healthy, tasty and and you can even give this to your children in their lunch box.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups semolina
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as per requirement
  • Butter
  • Coriander (chopped)

Method:

Mix the semolina, butter milk, green coriander, salt and a little water in a large bowl to prepare a mixture and keep aside.

Now heat some oil in the pan and add the mustard seeds.

Add the mustard seed to the prepared semolina mixture.

Take a non stick pan and add butter to it.

Take 2 table spoons of the batter and spread it on the pan. Cook it on a low flame.

Turn onto the other side until it’s crisp.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
