South Indian Flavour: Coconut Prawns Recipe

Ingredients:

– 500 grams of prunes (king),

– 4 tbsp oil,

– One and a half cup of coconut milk

– 1 onion cut,

– 1 small piece of ginger finely chopped

– 1 tomato,

– 1 tsp turmeric powder,

– 1 tsp red pepper powder,

– 1 tsp cumin seeds

– 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

– 4 green mitch (chopped)

– 1 tsp sugar

– Salt to taste

Method:

Add turmeric powder along with salt in prawns and mix it well. After mixing and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Grind onions, tomatoes, green chillies and ginger in the mixer. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns until golden and keep it aside as well. Now fry cumin seeds, onion paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala using the remaining oil. Now add coconut milk and sugar to the mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Finally, add the prawns and cook for a few minutes on low flame. Serve hot.
