Jumping  Jacks

Jumping jack exercises are a great way to stay in shape. They not only provide full-body cardio but also strengthen your core muscles to the max.

Start by standing with a slight bend in the knees and your hands resting on your thighs. Then keeping the knees bent open the arms and legs out to the sides. Your arms come above the head in a clapping stance and legs wider than shoulders, then back to the returning to the starting position.

Squats

Squats are the best exercise and are a great way to work out your legs, glutes and lower back without a gym. Squats are an easy way to build strength lower-body strength.

You can begin this exercise with feet slightly wider than hip-width apart and toes pointed slightly outward. Extend your hands straight out in front of you to help keep your balance. You can also bend the elbows or clasp the fingers. Sit back and down like you’re sitting into an imaginary chair. If you feel your back starting to round, let your lower back arch slightly as you go lower. Drop down so your thighs are as parallel to the floor as possible.

Jump Rope
