I believe that beauty comes from within. It is your inner happiness and your self-confidence that truly shines through and makes you beautiful. I am not a beauty junkie and prefer keeping it simple, with my kajal and lip balm.
The best remedy for a glowing face is the proper intake of water. I would suggest that one should at least drink 2-3 litres of water every day. It cleanses the system from within and this definitely reflects on your skin. Another very important thing especially for actors is to always remember to remove their make-up before going to bed. The chemicals in the cosmetics ruin the skin eventually. Washing your face regularly with clean water or rose water also leaves you with extremely vibrant skin.

For skin, she has ensured that I have become particular about cleansing and using packs made of natural ingredients like milk, honey, papaya and banana to get that long-lasting glow. For hair, she has advised me to regularly oil my hair with coconut oil and give it a hot oil treatment to deeply nourish it. This has really helped me in maintaining my looks in spite of my hectic work schedules.”

“My shampoos and conditioners have always changed but one thing that never changes in my hair care routine is my coconut hair oil. I generally get a nice champi with coconut oil before washing my hair, and keep it for at least an hour before shampooing. I make sure I have a fruit or two every day for my share of antioxidants, and drink 2-3 litres of water to flush out the toxins. For my fitness regime, I do weight training four days a week to tone my body. Yoga has been a recent addition to my workout as it really rejuvenates my mind, and gives my skin that inner glow. Proper rest is also important for the body to recuperate and let the results show.”
