Rice Corner: Kaju-Paneer Pulav Recipe

Upgrade your regular pulav with some paneer, cashew nuts and whole indian spices. It’s easy to make, tastes amazing and is a perfect dish for dinner and even for parties and weekend get-together.

  • 3 cups of rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup of cashews (fried)
  • 200 gms paneer (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • Salt to taste
  • 8-10 whole black pepper
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 piece of cinnamon
  • Ghee (as per requirement)
  • Oil to fry

Heat some oil in the pan and fry the paneer till it turns golden.

Heat some ghee in another pan, add all the whole spices and fry it until it starts to release scent.

Add rice and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot after mixing fried paneer and cashew nuts into the rice.
