Ramzan Special: Serve Simple And Delicious Mutton Kheema Paratha

Ramzan and Iftar celebrations are incomplete without a nice and delicious spread of food especially non-vegetarian. This is one such occasion where all differences and enmity are put behind and people come together to celebrate togetherness and happiness. Now, make your gatherings more wonderful and flavourful by serving delicious Mutton kheema paratha to your guests. Win their hearts with love and food.

Ingredients:

1 kg, wheat flour

1 kg, onion (finely chopped)

1 kg, mutton keema

Water, as required

1, ginger (finely chopped)

5-6, green chillies (finely chopped)

2, lemon juice

Salt, as per taste

Ghee, as per requirement

For Masala Powder: 

7-7 cloves and cardamom

5, pieces of cinnamon

12, Whole red chilli

3, tsp red chilli powder

2 tsp, Cumin seeds

Salt, as per taste

Method: 

Blend all the spices together and your masala powder is ready. Heat 250 g ghee in a pan, add onions and saute until it turns golden brown. Add mutton kheema and saute until it turns golden. Add water as per requirement and cook until it becomes soft. Add masala powder, green chillies, ginger and lemon juice and cook until water is absorbed. Now, remove from the flame.

For the paratha: Add wheat flour, salt, 200 g ghee and water (as per requirement) in a bowl and knead till your dough is ready. Prepare thin-shaped round parathas. Now, take a tray, apply some oil, keep your paratha on the tray, add mutton kheema stuffing and cover it with another roti.  Bake/cook the paratha in a preheated oven or tandoor until the paratha turns golden brown. Serve the parathas in triangle-shaped with butter on top of it.
