Purple Passion Ice Cream Recipe

I have developed a taste for this black grapes flavor – it’s rich, smooth and instantly lifts up my mood. In fact, you can make it at home and eat fresh lazing on the couch. The reason I prefer making it at home is so that I know only the freshest ingredients are going in the delicious dessert. Let your family and friends enjoy a creamy delight, made with nothing but authentic fruits. So what are you waiting for?   • 1 chocolate or vanilla ice cream
  • 250 grams of black grapes
  • Half cup cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black current essence


First take the basic ice cream out of the freezer, cut it into small portions and wait till it softens. Then thaw the ice cream after adding cream. Boil the black grapes lightly with 1 table spoon sugar. Crush the boiled grapes once they get cold. Stir well after mixing these crushed black grapes with the ice cream and add black currant essence. Fill the mixture in an airtight container and keep it in the freezer.

Basic Chocolate Ice Cream


  • Half liter milk
  • 1 tbsp GMS powder
  • Pinch of CMC
  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp melted chocolate

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Keep it for boil and stir constantly. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes in a slow flame. Now take it off from the stove and let it cool completely. Then fill it in airtight container and keep it in the freezer to solidify.
