Churma Ladoo is a popular and traditional recipe from Rajasthan, which is made out of wheat flour and jaggery. It is mainly made in the winter season to provide your body with some warmth from inside. Try this easy and tasty recipe at home!

- 2 cups wheat flour
- 300 gms of ghee
- Ghee to fry
- Half cup jaggery (grated)
- Hot water (as per requirement)
- Half tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 / 4 nutmeg powder
- 1 / 4 tsp cardamom powder

Combine ghee and lukewarm water in wheat flour and knead the dough tightly. Then make small balls out of the dough.
Heat the ghee in the pan and fry the dough till it becomes golden.
After cooling, grind the mixture in a grinder.
Melt the jaggery by heating 1 tsp ghee in a pan.
Mix the mixture, melted jaggery, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder to make the laddoos.
Serve wrapped in poppy seeds.
