If you are tired of having cheese and paneer starters all the time, then try these very crispy and tasty tandoori baby corns. They are easy to make and as well a better replacement to those regular starters.
- 8-10 baby corn
- 100 gm heavy curd
- 1-2 tsp whole red chilli paste

- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, black salt, cardamom powder and cumin Powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil as per requirement

Hang the curd in a cotton cloth for 3-4 hours, to remove the excess water.
Take the curd in the bowl and add all the powder spices, salt, chopped chili paste and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Marinate the baby corn in this prepared mixture for atleast an hour.
Grill the baby corns until they turn golden in the oven.
Serve hot with a side of tomato ketchup.
