You can prepare it spicier or bland – according to your spice-tolerance and still maintain the delectable flavour of smokey chicken and greens!

250 grams boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
1 cup green coriander
8-10 mint leaves
3-4 garlic pods
3 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp refined flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Grind green coriander, mint leaves, garlic and salt together until it they become fine paste.
Marinate chicken with this paste, and keep it for one hour.
Add cream, flour and 1 tbsp oil to the chicken, and mix well.
Take the chicken pieces on a stove grill.
Apply oil and grill on the stove until golden.
