200 g, spaghetti (boiled)
2 tbsp, olive oil
3 cloves, garlic (juliennes)
200 g, tomato puree
1 tbsp, cheese (grated)
1 tsp, chilli flakes
Salt, as per taste
Red chilli powder, as per taste
2 tbsp, fresh cream
Finely chop two onions. Blend the remaining one onion with garlic until you get a fine paste. Take a pan and heat olive oil, add onions along with the blended paste of onion and garlic. Saute the onions for two minutes until it turns golden brown. Add tomato puree, chilli flakes, salt and cook for a couple of minutes. Add cheese and fresh cream to spaghetti and serve with delicious tomato red sauce.
