- 1 cup daliya
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cumin/rye
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 capsicum chopped

- 1 carrot chopped
- 2 tsp cashew nuts chopped
- 2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Coriander to garnish

Roast the daliya and keep aside.
In a cooker add butter, cumin seeds/ mustard seeds.
Then add the green peas, capsicum, carrot, cashews and ginger-green chili paste and fry.
Now add the daliya, salt to the taste and two and a half cups of water and close the lid of the cooker.
If you have a whistle, lower the flame for 5 minutes and cook it.
When done add the lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
