Lunch Special: Chicken Banno Kebab

If you have guests coming up to your place and you are planning to make some special dish then this is the best option for you. The combination of chicken, egg and bread mix combination is very tasty and really easy to make. So make this special kebab recipe.

1 kg chicken (cut into one and a half-inch thick)
2 egg yolk portion
2 lemon juice
1 large piece of ginger paste
6 garlic buds paste
2-2 tomatoes and onions
1 cucumber (cut in three rounds),
Half cups of both oil and gram flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 cup vinegar
1 and a half tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
8 bread slit
6 green chilli paste
2 tbsp green coriander (finely chopped)
1 cup raw papaya (grated)

Mix ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, red chilli powder, salt and vinegar in raw papaya and keep the chicken for 3 hours. Heat oil in a pan, add gram flour and fry until it gets spicy. Take off the flame and wrap the marinated chicken in gram flour. Put it on a low flame and bake until it is cooked in the oven. To make the solution, mix the bread crumbs and green coriander with the yellow part of the egg. Immerse the chickpea in it and put it on a low flame and bake until it becomes soft in the oven. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice. Serve with cucumber, tomato and onion.
