2 cups boneless chicken cut into thin slices
2 cups of coconut milk
8 cups chicken stock
8 green onions cut
2 stalks lemon grass chopped
1 lemon juice
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 green chilies
2 tbsp green coriander chopped
1 tbsp cornflour
¼ cup of water (mix both together)
Salt and black pepper powder according to taste

Thoroughly mix the cornflour in the ¼ cup water.
Boil the cornflour solution and all the ingredients in the pan for 10 minutes.
