1 cup leftover khichadi
1/4 cup gram flour
1 tbsp green chilli paste
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Curd
Oil to fry
1 cup whipped yoghurt
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp green coriander (finely chopped)

Add khichdi, gram flour, green chilli paste, 2 tablespoon curd and salt in the bowl. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the above mixture until it becomes golden and make vada out of it. Soak these vada in hot water for 15 minutes. Squeeze them with gentle hands. Put this vada in this dish and add curd to it. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder and decorate it with green coriander.
