1 1/2 cup, whole coriander (dhaniya)
1/2 cup sugar powder
1/2 cup makhana
10-10 cashewnuts, pistachio and almonds (finely chopped)
1 tsp cuddapah almond (chironji)
1/2 cup ghee
1/4 cup coconut (cut in fine slices)

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add coriander powder and saute until it starts emitting its aroma. Remove from the flame and heat the remaining ghee and add makhana in the same pan and saute until it becomes crispy. Remove from flame and rest aside to cool. Now, grind the mixture until you get slightly coarse powder. Add all the mixture in a bowl and mix well. Rest aside to cool for half an hour. Then, your dish is ready to relish.
