Healthy Snack: Corn Chips

Don’t buy snacks from the store, make your own at home for a more healthier lifestyle! These corn chips will fill your stomach and are super easy to make as well. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corn flour
  • Half cup wheat flour
  • Half cup maida
  • 3 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  • Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Half tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  • Filter corn flour, wheat flour and maida through a sieve and mix it.
  • Knead the remaining ingredients with the flour mixture (except the oil for frying) and add water as needed.
  • Make roti shapes with them.
  • Cut into triangles and fry it in oil until it becomes golden.
