Healthy Breakfast: Paneer Cheela Recipe

 

Morning need not be boring! Here’s an easy recipe to start your day with a delicious Indian breakfast.

Ingredients

For cheela

  • 1 cup whole moong
  • Half cup urad dal (paste)
  • 1/4 cup gram flour
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Half tsp ginger-green chilli paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter to bake

For stuffing:

  • 250 grams of paneer (grated)
  • 1 onion cut
  • Half tsp ginger-green chilli paste
  • Half tsp chaat masala
  • Half tsp black salt
  • Half tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/4 tsp green coriander
  • 1/4 tsp mint leaves (chopped)

Mix all ingredients.

Method:

Mix all the ingredients (remove the butter to bake) to make the slurry. Put butter in a nonstick pan and make a cheela till it is golden. Let it be soft and don’t make it crispy. Put the stuffing in the middle of the cheela and roll. Now cut it into pieces and serve with green chutney.
