Healthy Breakfast: Methi Missi Roti Recipe

Its a good habit to start your day healthy and what can be better than starting it with a healthy breakfast. Try this nutritious methi missi roti for a healthy morning breakfast! It tastes so good that your kids would want to take it school in their lunch box.

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds-oregano-sesame (all three broken down)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as per requirement
  • Ghee

Mix all the ingredients (except ghee) and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough to make small circular rotis

Add ghee to the pan and bake the rotis until it turns bit crisp.

Severe with curd or pickle.
