200 gms mushrooms
1 chopped capsicum (cubes)
1 chopped onion (cubes)
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped celery
2 tsp finely chopped spring onions
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cornflour
Salt to taste
2 tsp olive oil

Wash the mushrooms and chop them in cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onions, green chillies and fry.
Add mushrooms, capsicum and black pepper powder and let it cook.
Prepare a mixture of chilli sauce and soy sauce, add half a cup of water and salt. Add this mixture to the pan.
Now dissolve cornflour in 2 tsp water and cook it till it thickens.
Garnish with celery and spring onions on top and serve.
