Side Lunges
Keep your bodyweight in your heels and face your toes forward. Step to the left in a deep lateral lunge. Make sure that your knee is above your toes. Practice lunges on both your legs in an alternate pattern. Practice 2 sets of 20 lunges.

Stand straight with your legs spread apart. Bend your knees and stick your butt out. Make sure that your feet are under your hips. Practice 4 sets of 15 squats.

Push-ups
Lie down with your stomach facing the floor. Raise your upper body by lifting your hands straight up. Raise your ankles while your toes stay stuck to the ground for balance. Practice a minimum of 50 push-ups. This will build muscle strength and tone your hands as well as legs.

Butt Kicks
Jog in one place by making sure that your heels reach your butt. This exercise requires a lot of energy and stamina. It requires one to rigorously move their body which helps in burning a substantial amount of calories. Do this for atleast 2 minutes.

Jumping Jacks
Stand upright with your feet apart at hip distance. Keep your hands to your side. Jump and raise your hands up in the air at the same time. To intensify the exercise, jump from side to side while at it. Practice this exercise for two minutes. A set of 50 would be enough. Like the previous exercise, this one too is effective in burning calories.
