Evening Snack Recipe: Gujrati Special Corn Handvo

One of the most popular and traditional dishes of Gujarat, Corn Handvo, which is served as a snack. It is also made on the occasion of the festival. If you also want to make this traditional snacks at home, then this is surely an easy snack.

500 g potato
100 gm carrot, 200-200 g green peas and cauliflower (boil in salt water)
100 grams tomatoes cut
8 granulated grains roasted
Half cup poha soaked
Half grated coconut
1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
Half teaspoon baking soda
6 tsp oil
1 lemon juice
1 pane finely chopped green coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsps sugar
Salt to taste

For snooping:

Rye, asafetida, curry leaves, cinnamon, cloves and white sesame (all in a small amount)

Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a pan and fry the seeds. Mix boiled potatoes, all vegetables and whole ingredients. In the second pan, heat 3 tsp oil and add all the ingredients of the peanut. Add a little mixture of corn and cover it for 15-20 minutes. Take the mixture out of the flame and let the mixture cool. Cut into pieces and serve with tomatoes.
