Easy Recipe: Make Tandoori Baby Corn At Home

Ingredients:

8-10 Baby Corn
100 grams thick curd
1-1 teaspoon whole red chilli paste and ginger-garlic paste
Half Tsp Garam Masala Powder, Black Salt, Cardamom Powder and Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
As per oil requirement

Method:

Keep the curd in a cotton cloth for 3-4 hours, so that extra water is released. Take the curd in the bowl and put all the powder spices, salt, chopped chilli paste and ginger-garlic paste and knead it. Let the baby corn be in this paste for 1 hour. Toss the mixture until it becomes golden.
