Continental Cuisine: Corn Pasta Recipe

Try this continental cuisine at home with a twist of sweet corn and baby corn. The recipe is very easy and simple to make and your children will definitely enjoy it!

  • 1/2 cup fusilli pasta or macaroni (boiled)
  • 1/4 onion and 1/4 teaspoon garlic (both finely chopped)
  •  7-8 baby corns (boiled and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • Salt and black pepper powder according to taste

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Add the onions, garlic and fry until golden brown.

Add baby corns and corns to the pan and fry it 3-4 minutes.

Add the boiled pasta, mix herb, salt and black pepper powder. Cook till its done.

Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
