Summer is upon us and all we want is cool drinks to beat the heat. But aren’t you tired of sipping on that same orange and lemon juice? Well, we know you are and that’s why we bring to you some amazing mocktails with a twist of flavour and variety. Whip up these delectable drinks with your friends.

ROSE MARY PUNCH

Ingredients

90 ml, Litchi Juice

10 ml, Blue curacao syrup

10 ml, Rose syrup

7-8, Ice cubes

5 ml, Lemon juice

Few mint leaves

Method: Blend litchi juice, lemon juice and ice cubes in a blender. Add blue curacao syrup in a long glass. Now, add the blended mixture to the glass along with rose syrup and garnish with mint leaves. Your delicious drink is ready to serve and relish.

Ingredients

1 tbsp, Lime squash

1/4 tsp, Lime juice

2 tbsp, Sugar syrup

2 drops of blue food colour

5-6 Ice cubes inch of soda

Pinch of soda

Method: Blend lime squash, lime juice, sugar syrup and food colour in a blender. Pour the mixture into a serving glass and add ice cubes and soda to it and mix well. Now, serve this refreshing drink to your guests and loved ones.
