Chicken Special: Murg Missi Roti Recipe

Add a twist to your everyday rotis! Made with flavoured minced chicken keema and various spices, these are perfect for get together. Easy to make and requires well less preparation time, you must definitely try this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup chicken keema,
  • 1-1 1/2 cup wheat flour and gram flour
  • Salt as per requirement
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Chat masala

  • 4 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp anardana powder
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Water as per requirement
  • Ghee to bake

Method:

Apart from the ghee mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Add water as per requirement to knead the dough.

Roll out the dough like rotis.

Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of ghee to it. Place the rotis and bake until fully cooked.

Serve hot with a side of schezwan sauce.
