The once upon a time voluptuous Sonakshi Sinha has started looking slimmer and fitter than ever before. It is known that the gorgeous Indian beauty weighed a staggering 90 kilos before she underwent a rigorous weight-loss regime in order to make her debut in ‘Dabangg’ alongside Salman Khan. Ever since, the actress has managed to win hearts with her strong feminine features as well as her carefree roles in films. Time and again, Sinha has been body-shamed for being over-weight. However, that did not stop her. Instead, the diva seems to have become unstoppable as she has managed to lose further weight, achieve a slender frame and give it back to her haters.   • Diet Plan

Sinha begins her day with a filling breakfast that includes cereal, milk and wheat bread. After an hour she drinks a cup of green tea and munches on her favourite dry fruits. For lunch, she prefers eating home-cooked meals that imbibe plenty of veggies, chappatis, dal and salad. It is evident that junk are not an option that the dimpled beauty considers anymore. Although, the actress does cheat on her diet once in the blue moon. Being a foodie, she loves an occasional indulgence in junk but is extremely strict about her daily diet. Her supper consists of a cup of green tea, Digestive biscuits and a fruit. Green tea is great in enhancing the metabolism rate of your body which in turn leads to faster burning of calories. For the final meal of the day, Sinha eats egg whites, chicken, dal and veggies. Lastly, she feels that it is important to stay hydrated throughout the day and drinks 10 glasses of water everyday.

  • Exercise Regime

The low-carb and high-protein diet has surely made a difference in Sonakshi’s physique but the true game-changer for the actress was her workout plan. Sinha has come a long way as she has lost a whopping 33 kilos since time she began her weight-loss journey. She now weighs 57 kilos. The ‘Noor’ actress who works out under the guidance of fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala  practices a variety of exercises that render to maintaining her gracefully slender frame. She used to hit the gym twice a day in order to space out her workout sessions and shed the unwanted fat in order to get rid of those flabs. Now that she is in shape and just needs to maintain her figure, she practices the following workouts:-

  • Intense weight training

  • Hot yoga
