Jacqueline Fernandez is one of the most gorgeous actresses in B-town as a result of her attractive features and desirable body. After finishing her graduation in Mass Communication from the University of Sydney, the Sri Lankan beauty also worked as a reporter in Columbo for a while. It was after she won the Miss Sri Lanka Universe title back in her country that she gained a pass to the world of glamour. She has won the hearts of many, being the adorable person that she is, and has established herself in the Indian film industry. It takes a lot of dedication to maintain a slender frame like hers.   • Diet Plan

The actress begins her day with a glass of lime water and honey. She prefers consuming a healthy combination of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. For breakfast, she has 2 boiled eggs. Her lunch consists vegetables, brown rice and oatmeal soup. For mid-meal snacks, she munches on home-made nutri-balls prepared from nuts, seeds and dry fruits. She also resorts to fruits for natural sugar as her sugar consumption is next to zero. She has green tea in the evening. For dinner, she keeps it light and eats when she feels hungry. 2 chappattis with vegetable curry is what makes up her dinner. She keeps herself hydrated by drinking loads of water and a glass of fresh juice throughout the day.

  • Workout Plan

Jacqueline prefers having a variety of exercises in her workout schedule. She practices a good amount of cardio exercises, Yoga, mixed martial arts and swimming spread across the week. No wonder she has such a toned body!

She wakes up and practices Yoga. She religiously performs Suryanamaskars everyday along with a few other yoga poses. She also indulges in a number of stretching exercises. She hits the gym for cardio and strength training. She loves doing planks.  On the days she doesn’t hit the gym, she prefers dancing for an hour to burn her calories.
