To achieve your fitness goals, redesign your body and bring about a change in lifestyle, what you really need is a focused mind full of determination and dedication. You cannot let your half-hearted effort or mood swings come in your way towards fitness.

MAKE NO EXCUSES
Once you choose to prioritise fitness in your to-do list, make room for workout in your busy schedule and stay committed. With this, you cannot make excuses or get away with it.

RESPECT SLEEP
A fresh mind and body can do wonders for your health and, therefore, you need to have a dedicated 6-8 hours of sleep every night. Sleeping in intervals is not dedicated sleep. Also you need to understand that your body grows, responds and heals maximum during sleep hours.

HYDRATE WELL
One needs to drink at least 3-4 litres of water every day. But it is mentally draining to carry a huge bottle of water and the thought of finishing it tires us, so I suggest carrying six bottles of 500 ml of water daily. You can drink one each with breakfast, lunch and dinner and as for the other three, one can be had between breakfast and lunch and twice between lunch and dinner.

CHECK YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR
Visualisation has tremendous power and when you visualise what you look like, you automatically get motivated towards achieving your goals. Also, once you achieve your goal, you must be proud of what you look like.

EAT A HEALTHY DIET
A large part of your day is spent in the kitchen. And if you keep on munching on fatty foods, all your efforts of working out will go in vain. Avoid junk and sugary foods and alcohol. And stick to a balanced diet.
