Wedding season means you have so many mehendi and sangeet functions to attend. And what to wear to these functions is easy to think! Plus we cannot post pics on Instagram wearing the same outfit every time. Who does that?

While you may love to wear your oh-so-pretty lehengas, wearing them back to back to events can be a tough job and plus running around in it will kill the effect. So, if you are some what in this kind of situation, its time you give some thought to salwar suits. You can find them in abundance and that too in various styles.

Here is a list of different styles of suits perfect to rock on weddings.

1. Anarkali Suits

What else can be as better as an anarkali suit? They give you the look of a lehenga and weigh light. Plus they work for almost all body type. Try an avoid floor length suits as they might make you look shorter. Pick dark shades and flowy fabrics.

2. Palazzo Suits

Palazzo suits or sharara suits are a relief for those who are tired of wearing the typical salwar suit design. The straight kurti with straight pants would look amazing on women with height or have broad shoulders. Its advisable for shorter women to stay away from this as the sharara would add volume to your lower half making you look even shorter.

3. Straight Suits

Straight suits or also known as Pakistani suits give a very smart and sassy look. The long straight kurta and churidar looks very amazing in all body types. While it may add up to the look of taller women, the sharp cuts make even the shorter women look taller.

4. Patiala Suits

This is the one loved by all and its safe to say, its a perfect match for all body types. If you have an hourglass figure and decent height, then its a match made in heaven! You can either opt for a long salwar or a short one, either of them will compliment your look.

5. Front Slit Suits

Again a style that is perfect to sport on weddings. However women on the heavier side of the scale can avoid this style. Go of body hugging fabrics if you are slim, but pick fabrics like chiffon and georgette if you re heavier at the bottom. Just throw a pair of high-heels and rock the front-slit suit like a pro.
