Exercising in the morning boosts your energy, keeps you pumped-up and active for the rest of the day. Lack of exercise lowers the rate of metabolism and makes you feel dull and tired all day.
Sleeping more than necessary will do nothing but make your body feel lethargic and inactive. This accumulates body fat and makes you gain weight. An adult does not need more than 5 hours of sleep. Eight hours of sleep is more than enough for a human being. Avoid sleeping in the afternoon. It’ll make you feel lazy and dormant.
