1. Watermelon Martini:
Ingredients: 60 ml vodka, a few sprigs of basil leaves, 120 ml watermelon juice
Method: Mix all the ingredients together and stir. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and serve in a martini glass.

2.Yin and Yang:
Ingredients: 60 ml whisky, 50 ml honey, 2 bird’s eye chilli, 1 red chilli, for garnish
Method: In a cocktail shaker, mix all the ingredients other than the red chilli. Add cubes of ice to the above and shake thoroughly once again. Serve in a wide-mouthed glass. Split the red chilli in two, and use as garnish.
3. Moon Party Special:
Ingredients: 20–25ml vodka, 20–25 ml Bacardi rum, 20–25 ml gin, 5 ml lemon juice, 10 ml blue curacao, 1-2 tsp of any energy drink
Method: Mix the vodka, rum and gin (if you want the drink to be mild, add 20 ml, each; otherwise, add 25 ml). Now, mix it with the lemon juice and curacao in a tall glass and add a large quantity of ice. Top up the mix with the energy drink. Serve.
4. Samurai Dan:
Ingredients: 20-25 ml vodka, 20-25 ml rum, 20-25 ml gin, 80-90 ml cranberry juice, 1 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp fresh ginger extract
Method: In a tall glass, mix all the ingredients except the cranberry juice. Stir well. Top up the drink with the cranberry juice, depending on how mild or strong your preference of the flavour may be. Serve chilled.
5. Bloody Mary:
Ingredients: 90 ml Tom Yum soup, 60 ml vodka, 1 tsp tamarind extract, 5-10 ml sugar syrup, 60 ml tomato juice
Method: Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Now add ice cubes and shake well. In the meanwhile, take a wide-mouthed glass and wet its edges with lemon. Create a rim by mixing icing sugar and chilli powder. Pour out your drink into the rimmed glass and serve.
