5 Biggest Hair Mistakes You Should Avoid

1. Daily shampoo

For healthier and beautiful hair, natural oils of scalps need to reach the lower end of the hair. Shampoo damages to natural oils present in the hair. This is the reason why most hair experts advise shampoo on alternate days rather than shampooing daily. Your hair is like a silk thread. While shampooing, softly massages the scalp using fingertips. Due to this, all the dust, dirt, etc. that accumulate in your hair will be washed out. After applying conditioner, combined with a thick tooth comb followed by a thorough wash.

2.Extra brushing for shine

If you think that excessive brushing will make your hair shine, then let us break your bubble by telling you that it is absolutely wrong. Brushing for a long time leads to unwanted friction in the hair, causing it to fall. Use the brush only for a gentle stroke through the hair so that the natural oil in the scalp reach easily from the roots to the lower end of the hair. This will help the hair to shine naturally.

3. Tying a ponytail for a long time

Regularly tying a fleak ponytail at the same place weakens the hair and the hair also gets stuck in the rubber band, This makes the hair break instantly. Instead of keeping the same hairstyle every day at the same place, always make a half-inch above and sometimes a half inch below. Also, use a rubber band of a good quality which will do not break the hair.

5.Temporary treatment for dandruff

To get rid of dandruff, people often put lots of oil and then shampoo, but it is not enough just for healthy hair. Try using shampoo with salicylic acid, zinc and selenium sulphide for solving the problem of dandruff permanently.

6. Ignoring the scalp

Taking care of scalp is essential so that the right nutrition reaches the hair. For this, it requires a lot of massaging along with shampoo and conditioner. Massaging scalp using fingers increases blood circulation. Use hot oil or mix two-three types of oil, such as coconut, olive, castor and almond oil together for a better effect. Then soak the towel in the hot tub and squeeze it well and tie it like a turban on the head. Wash the hair after 15 minutes with a mild shampoo.
