36 Questions That Will Bring You Closer To Your Partner

In the era of express dating and swipes, how much time are you willing to invest in getting to know the other person? With attention spans decreasing and instant gratification becoming a necessity, we hardly take any time before passing a person as ‘not my type’. These questions are crafted by renowned social psychology researcher Arthur Aron of the Interpersonal Relationships Lab at Stony Brook University in New York, who published his results in “The Experimental Generation of Interpersonal Closeness” in Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin (1997).

28. Tell your partner what you like about them: be honest this time, saying things that you might not say to someone you’ve just met.
